Shipping policy


Delivery options

We offer free shipping on orders of AU$70 and over, and a flat rate of $10 on all other orders. Orders are sent on the next business day, and delivery time is 2-8 business days1. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times.

All orders are despatched from our Sydney (Northern Beaches) warehouse.

We are unable to deliver to post offices (this includes PO Boxes,locked bags, parcel lockers, parcel collect).

You will receive a despatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has gone out.

Delivery status

To view your order status, update delivery details or arrange redelivery, please visit your order status page via these steps:

  1. In your order confirmation or shipping notification email, click 'View your order' or 'Track your order' - this will take you to your order status page
  2. On your order status page, click the tracking number - this takes you to the courier's tracking page
  3. On the courier's tracking page, select 'manage parcel' or enter your tracking number and click 'Search' or 'Go'.

Redelivery

In case of unsuccessful delivery, the courier will leave a card (please check your mailbox, concierge, front desk, reception etc.) with redelivery options. Follow the instructions on the card and/or follow the steps outlined above to book a redelivery.

Click & collect

If you prefer to pick up your order, you can do so from our warehouse at 2/4 Prosperity Parade, Warriewood NSW 2102 Australia. Select 'Pickup in store' at checkout.

Order cancellation

To cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. Please note that if an order is cancelled after it has been despatched, shipping fees will apply.
